Dawali Mediterranean Kitchen Three-course dinner for dine-in or carryout with options including soup or salad; braised lamb shank, pan-seared salmon, or stuffed Cornish game hen; and pistachio-crusted molten chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry coulis. Everest A seven-course prix fixe degustation menu centers on beef consomme and Alsatian bone marrow quenelles—a dish chef Jean Joho’s father traditionally made for Joho’s mother on Valentine’s Day.
